After growing up in Western New York, Eric Tomlinson began his professional career by spending four years active duty in the United States Air Force working as a Cryogenic Technician. After being honorably discharged from the military, Eric moved to Washington, D.C. and completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, Legal Institutions, Economics and Government, at American University.
It was at American University that Eric found his true calling – real estate. In the Fall of 2009, he became a licensed Real Estate Agent. Eric was immediately recruited as the Client Relations and Marketing Coordinator in the Office of Jim Bell Real Estate. He ascribes his ever-growing knowledge of the Washington market to his boss and mentor, Jim Bell. Eric now serves as an associate at Beasley Real Estate.
Self-described as someone who falls in the category himself, Eric specializes in working with young professionals and first-time home buyers. He knows that the Beasley Real Estate technology-based models for buying and selling are especially appealing to the next generation of clients.
Instilled with a duty to give by his parents, Eric volunteers his time with Habitat for Humanity, Paint Your Heart Out, and the Human Rights Campaign.
Eric has traveled through Vietnam, Costa Rica, Australia, New Zealand, Hawaii, Saudi Arabia, Spain, France, England, and Africa. A passionate outdoorsman, he is an avid kayaker, camper. Eric also enjoys home remodeling, cooking and enology.
